Optic2000 Club membership provides unlimited telephone support and monthly market intelligence about your sales, profits, staff, prices, patients and lots more. Not only will your report show you how your practice compares with others, it will recommend what needs to be done to improve your situation. The Practice Health Check programme is a mini-audit of your practice that takes half a day to complete. One of our consultants will visit your practice and undertake a 160 point survey which is yours to keep. The check list covers the ‘look and feel’ of your practice, the Patient Journey, financial matters and legal compliance. On completion of the survey, you will have a face to face meeting with the consultant who will explain the outcomes, recommend improvements to increase revenue/reduce costs and signpost sources of assistance. The fee is £600 per practice.
Our Practice Consultancy programme provides additional hands-on help, building on your health check by analysing in greater detail the strengths and weaknesses of the practice. Our consultants will help you to quantify your corporate and financial goals and they will develop a costed action plan which sets out what need to be done, by whom and by when. The fee is £3,150 per practice, inclusive of all disbursements, and this should be recouped through implementing our recommendations. If it is not, we offer a money-back guarantee.
