The AOP has made arrangements with two of our existing service providers to extend the services they offer to members to provide representation in employment disputes. The service is available to both employees and employers and will be provided by two different service providers to avoid conflicts of interest.
Amicus Legal Limited, who provide our legal advice helpline for all members, will provide representation for members who work as employees. This will be available on preferential terms negotiated by the AOP.
Peninsula Business Services Limited, who provide employment and personnel and health and safety consultancy services on an annual subscription to members who are employers, will similarly provide initial advice and representation to employers on preferential terms negotiated by the AOP.
