The NOC is the foremost conference for practitioners who are involved (or want to get involved) in the provision of enhanced services (what used to be called shared care or co-management).
The conference, held at the Chesford Grange Hotel, begins on Wednesday 24 October with an informal opportunity to meet colleagues over dinner. On Thursday 25th October there is a full programme of lectures and seminars on a range of topics (see pdf below for the draft programme), finishing at 17.45.
A new event this year is the LOC training day. This will start with a dinner on the evening of Thursday 25th October and then consist of a morning of training in subjects such as negotiation, tendering and communication (see pdf below for a full programme which is currently in draft form only).
This year the conference is sponsored by Carl Zeiss and there will be an exhibition from a number of companies who are generously supporting the profession as its seeks to expand its remit.
