Public Affairs - The Negotiation and Legislation Committee

The Negotiation and Legislation Committee (formerly the Public Affairs Committee) consists of up to ten members elected by the General Council plus two co-opted members from the Central (LOC) Fund in their role as regional representatives of LOCs. 

Functions:

It has the following sub-committees and ad hoc groups:

The Committee meets three times a year (Wednesdays).

The Negotiation and Legislation Committee Chairman is Lynn Hansford, an optometrist working in Caerphilly.

Hugh Campbell, an optometrist from Ross-shire in Scotland

Elizabeth Frost, former AOP Chairman, optometrist and OA from Surrey

Susan Glass, an optometrist from Middlesex

Julie-Anne Little, an optometrist from Northern Ireland

Andy McGregor, an optometrist from Northumberland

Victoria Pope an optometrist from Chester

Charles Wass, an optometrist from Manchester

Jonathon Waugh, an optometrist form Glasgow
